Q1 2025
7 new grantees including 18 y/o's building jaundice treatments to 20 y/o's printing reusable model rocket motors.
In Q1 2025, Bagel deployed $2,500+ to support 5 incredible projects. This is all possible thanks to you, our friends and supporters.
One of our past grantees recently demo’d a real life iron man suit at Symposium as well. Bagel exists to provide early belief checks—sparking incredible short-term progress and, over time, everything from patented technology to robotics organizations.
We’re eager to introduce you to the Q1 2025 bagel grantees:
Pavitra, 20, reusable model rocket motors
Arya, 16, bionic leaf for solar power
Beckett, 21, boosting commercial shrimp yield by 40% with micro-fluid chips
Dima, 24, affordable, low cost dexterous arms with neural connectors
Yash, 20, a two stage model rocket flight computer
Temitope, 18, AI solar powered jaundice treatment
Updates from our past grantees…
Krupal, 19, volumetric display with rotating LED matrix for medical imaging
Opemipo, 17, real-time macronutrient tracking for hydroponics
Maxwell, 13, radio tracking for high-altitude balloons
Charles, 14, building high-altitude UAVs
We’re seeing consistent incoming applications from talented builders thanks to continued support from hardware communities, Twitter, the Ashoka Foundation, and more. If you encounter an incredible technical innovator in need of financial support, send them our way!
